The beverage has a lovely golden tone to it. The tonic really emphasizes the bitter notes of the Ungava. It tastes exceptionally dry. In an odd way this combination makes for a Gin and Tonic that might be to the liking of those who are fans of more bitter drinks.

Thomas Dakin £3.10 – 42% ABV
Thomas Dakin is a classic gin, juniper led, london dry. Botanicals are hand selected and added by hand to the spirit and water in the copper pot still. There are 11 botanicals including Juniper, English coriander seeds, Orange peel, Grapefruit, Cubebs, Liquorice root, Angelica and red cole.
Hendricks £3.00 – 41.4% ABV
The palate exudes a backbone of a very classic gin. You get the angelica, coriander, juniper and orris root accord. Sitting on top of that Hendrick's has a surprising amount of citrus, especially mid-palate where orange and lime again resurface, almost with a candy-like note.
