with lemon zest & mint leaves
Haggis smothered in a
Whiskey Cream Sauce sat on a toasted crumpet, topped with a poached egg & crispy bacon.
Butternut Squash & Truffle Oil Risotto
topped with crispy beetroot crisps (v)
Chilli Steak & King Prawns,
on a salad of mixed leaves, red onion, tomato and coriander, with a sweet chilli dressing.

Duck Wrapped in Streaky Bacon,
in a red wine & mushroom sauce, served with dauphinoise potatoes, baby carrots & tenderstem broccoli.
Rack of Lamb,
served on a potato rosti with roasted shallots, tender stem broccoli & a red currant jus
Roast Fillet of Monkfish,
wrapped in pancetta in a roasted cherry tomato & basil sauce, topped with crispy kale and served with sautéed new potatoes, green beans & peas
Two 5oz Rump Steaks Layered with Caramelised Red Onion & Brie,
served with sweet potatoes chips & a cherry tomato & basil dressed salad
Roasted Vegetable Tart,
